Before we break ground, we provide a 2D or 3D plan to map out your terrace. This helps us ensure the load is balanced, the sunlight hits your plants just right, and the layout flows perfectly with your existing architecture—no guesswork involved.
A terrace in the city shouldn't be a storage unit for old furniture. Our approach to rooftop transformations in Gurugram and Delhi NCR is centered on functionality. We understand that your roof has to be a place to relax, not just a place for plants.
We start with the foundation—typically 35mm artificial turf for a lush look that handles heavy foot traffic and requires zero watering. For seating and dining areas, we install weather-resistant WPC decking. This avoids the rot issues that come with real wood in our climate. If you're looking for shade, we design and construct MS-framed pergolas that provide relief from the heat while housing lights, fans, or misting systems.
When it comes to the 'green' in our green spaces, we use lightweight Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) planters. These are essential for terraces because they won't add unnecessary weight to your building structure, yet they handle large plants like Areca Palms or Bougainvillea beautifully. We also incorporate vertical gardens and accent lighting to give the space depth after the sun goes down. Whether you need a simple corner for morning tea or a full-scale lounge for evening entertaining, we plan the drainage, the lighting, and the plant placement to fit your specific lifestyle.
