Our build process centers on durability: we use 4x4 or 6x4 inch MS hollow sections finished with weather-proof PU Enamel paint, ensuring the structure stays rust-free and solid.

Designing for Utility

It is about how you use the space. We integrate seating into the structural design, meaning we build the bench directly into the framework using brick, stone, or WPC decking. This creates a cohesive look that modular furniture cannot match. We also pre-plan the electricals, embedding IP65 waterproof COB lights into the rafters so you have ambient mood lighting without visible wires running across your ceiling.

Material Choices

• Flooring: We often recommend WPC decking or high-grade vitrified tiles on a metal grid to ensure proper drainage, keeping your terrace damp-free.
• Roofing: Options range from toughened glass for rain protection to open-rafter designs for shade. If you want a full-day hangout spot, we can add polycarbonate or glass to seal it from the elements.
• Greenery: We incorporate custom civil planter boxes directly into the columns, allowing climbers and vines to grow onto the pergola, softening the metal and wood aesthetic.
