About Our Daily Adventures
Preschool isn't just about the activities; it is about the transition from tears to smiles. During our 2-4 week settling-in period, we work closely with you to ensure your child feels secure. Whether it is overcoming separation anxiety or learning to trust a new caregiver, we take the time to build that bond, making sure your little one feels safe enough to explore, learn, and eventually, run to school with a grin.
Our daily routine is designed to balance structure with freedom. We know that children learn best when they are having fun, so we avoid rigid 'desk work' in favor of active engagement.
A Typical Morning
Our day starts with circle time—our version of a morning huddle. This is where we sing rhymes, share stories with hand puppets, and practice reciting little mantras. It builds a sense of community where every child feels seen and heard.
Play-Based Learning
- Cognitive Games: We use sorting games, ball drops, and puzzles to develop problem-solving skills without it feeling like a lesson.
- Motor Skills: From tearing and pasting paper to using spray bottles and pottery wheels, we keep little hands busy to strengthen grip and coordination.
- Gross Motor Skills: Whether it is indoor play equipment or yoga sessions, we ensure bodies are moving. A healthy, tired child is a happy, rested child.
The 'Pipian' Difference
We focus on the 'why' behind every activity. When we play, we are teaching social boundaries. When we celebrate a festival, we are teaching culture. When we do public speaking, we are building self-esteem. Our small batches—with a 1:8 staff ratio—mean that if your child needs an extra hug or a bit more encouragement to join the group, there is always a teacher right there to provide it.
