My approach for client transformations is simple but strict:
1. Off-Season Hypertrophy
We focus on building actual tissue through mechanical tension. We avoid ego lifting. If an exercise causes joint pain, we change it immediately. Everything is based on your biomechanics, not some random fitness magazine routine.
2. Clinical Monitoring
For athletes using performance-enhancing protocols, blood work is non-negotiable every four months. We monitor liver enzymes, lipid profiles, and blood pressure to manage risks effectively. We use only pharmaceutical-grade standards, with zero tolerance for dangerous underground practices.
3. Contest Prep
In the 12 to 16 weeks before a show, we move to high-frequency monitoring. I handle your water loading, peak week strategies, and posing critique so you step on stage with maximum fullness and dryness. You will receive weekly audio notes from me. We track weight, sleep, digestion, and stress. If the scale moves in a way we do not expect, we adjust the plan. No guesswork. Only facts.
