About Mentorship & The Next Generation of Lawyers
Interns at PG Law Office do not handle clerical tasks; they are immersed in live RERA and IBC matters under my direct supervision. You will draft pleadings, research emerging case law, and assist with NCLT filings, gaining a functional understanding of corporate litigation and the insolvency framework before you even graduate.
At PG Law Office, I view the mentorship of young legal professionals as a core responsibility of our firm. The legal landscape, particularly in sectors like the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Real Estate Regulation (RERA), requires not just theoretical knowledge but practical agility. Our structured internship programs are designed to provide law students with direct exposure to these high-stakes areas.
Interns participate in:
- Drafting and reviewing statutory notices and petitions under IBC and RERA.
- Conducting legal research on recent NCLT and High Court rulings.
- Observing client consultations and courtroom strategy sessions.
- Understanding the procedural nuances of registry filings, scrutiny, and case listing.
Beyond our formal internship cycles, I regularly host webinars and workshops with institutions like LawSikho to discuss emerging practice areas. My approach is to ensure that the next generation of lawyers understands that the profession is as much about ethics and systemic improvement as it is about litigation. By presenting our interns with a copy of the Constitution of India, I aim to remind them that the bedrock of our practice remains the fundamental laws of our nation. Whether you are seeking a rigorous internship in Noida or career guidance in corporate and litigation law, my firm offers a professional environment dedicated to your growth.
