I bridge the gap between academic theory and active litigation by integrating law students into our daily legal practice in Gurugram.

A warm welcome to our July interns from various universities. I look forward to a month of intensive learning and collaboration as they begin their journey into the practical aspects of the legal profession.

Welcoming our June interns to the firm. This is the start of their journey to gain practical insights into the legal world, and I am excited to guide them through this experience.

It is always a pleasure to welcome new talent. Here, we are welcoming interns from Amity University and Sushant University, who are joining us to gain practical legal experience.

Welcoming our new interns from MDU, Amity University, and Nirma University. Each intern brings a unique perspective, and I am committed to providing them with a meaningful and educational experience.

Here we welcome our winter interns from Graphic Era Hill University. Our program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of a functioning law office.

Welcoming two more interns to our team. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where they can learn, ask questions, and develop the foundational skills needed for a successful legal career.

A warm welcome to our interns from The NorthCap University. I believe in providing hands-on experience to help students transition from law school to the legal profession.

Welcoming another group of talented interns from The NorthCap University. Their enthusiasm is a great addition to our office, and I look forward to their growth during their time with us.

Welcoming our new intern, Vaibhav Joshi from K.R. Mangalam University. Every new intern is an opportunity for us to share our knowledge and for them to contribute fresh perspectives.

We are pleased to welcome Paridhi Bansal from Jindal Global Law School to our internship program. Her academic background will be a great asset as she delves into practical legal work.

About Mentoring the Next Generation of Lawyers

Interns at our office do not just shadow senior lawyers. You are integrated into active litigation files, which means you will be drafting applications, researching case laws, and attending court hearings alongside us. We expect you to treat this as a professional role, not just a classroom extension, so you will face the same pressure and responsibilities our junior associates manage daily.

The transition from law school to actual practice is where most students struggle. Academic knowledge is necessary, but the reality of the courtroom requires a different set of instincts. My internship program is built to test and sharpen those instincts.

We have mentored students from institutions like NorthCap University, Amity, MDU, and Jindal Global Law School, focusing on three specific pillars of practice:

  1. Research and Drafting: You will move beyond reading judgments to drafting notices, plaints, and written statements. If you cannot articulate a legal argument on paper, your court performance will suffer.

  2. Procedural Knowledge: Understanding the Code of Civil Procedure or the Criminal Procedure Code is different from navigating a court registry. We take you through the filing process and administrative requirements that lawyers must master to keep a case moving.

  3. Courtroom Etiquette: Watching arguments is one thing, but understanding the strategy behind when to speak and what to concede in front of a judge is learned only through observation. You will accompany us to court to see these strategies play out in real-time.

This is not a research-only internship. Whether you are assisting in property dispute resolution or criminal case preparation, you are expected to participate in case discussions. We do not offer internships just to fill seats; we offer them to identify the next generation of serious litigators.

I view mentorship as a mandatory duty to the profession. My interns learn by doing, working directly on active files alongside my team to understand exactly how the law translates from paper to practice.
