About At the Firm: PG Law Offices
Our office in Sector 62, Noida, is where we conduct our initial assessments. During these 60-minute sessions, we review your builder-buyer agreements, check invoices, and determine whether your debt meets the mandatory Rs 1 Crore threshold for corporate insolvency proceedings.
This space represents six years of building PG Law Offices. My team and I are primarily focused on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and RERA, but our work goes beyond just filing paperwork. Through our 'Mera Ghar - Mera Haq' campaign, we actively work to protect the rights of homebuyers who are often sidelined by larger corporate structures.
