Degrees get you in the door, but skill sets keep you there. I bridge the gap between academic theory and the daily realities of the courtroom for young lawyers.

I founded the AB Institute of Law and Management (AILM) to address the practical difficulties faced by young lawyers. In this video, I introduce the institute's mission to polish skills in drafting, case presentation, and court procedure, bridging the gap between academic theory and real world practice.

Announcing an upcoming webinar on "Law as a Career Opportunity." I regularly conduct these sessions to help students and young professionals navigate their career paths, whether they are considering law school or choosing a specialization after their degree.

A clip from my webinar on career opportunities in law. I discuss the various paths available after a law degree, including self practice, corporate roles, and judiciary. My goal is to provide a clear roadmap for aspirants, from choosing the right course to building a successful career.

In this presentation, I guide students on how to get into top law colleges in India. I cover the prominent entrance tests like CLAT and AILET, the requirements for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and the importance of developing practical skill sets beyond a law degree.

As a speaker at this webinar on "Emerging Careers in Law," I shared my insights with aspiring legal professionals. I believe in mentoring the next generation, helping them navigate the complexities of a legal career and build the necessary skill sets for success.

I am proud to mentor the next generation of legal minds. This image congratulates law students from the Prestige Institute of Management and Research who successfully secured internships with my firm, where they gain practical experience in a professional legal environment.

This recommendation letter from the Prestige Institute of Management and Research marks the beginning of a practical learning journey for their law students at my firm. I am committed to providing valuable internship experiences that offer real world legal exposure.

This course on Professional Standards is specially designed for first generation lawyers. It teaches the essential skills of court presentation and professional conduct, helping new advocates build confidence and navigate the courtroom environment effectively.

Legal drafting is a foundational skill. My course on Comprehensive and Composition of Legal Drafting focuses on creating impressive and legally sound documents, covering both academic principles and practical problem solving aspects.

A legal notice is often the first step in resolving a dispute. My course on the Art of Drafting Legal Notices provides an advanced approach, focusing on the practical and provisional aspects of contract law to draft effective and actionable notices.

About Mentoring Future Lawyers: AB Institute

Law school gives you the degree, but it often stops short of the courtroom. My training fills that gap. We focus on how to actually present a case, draft a notice that holds up, and navigate bail applications with confidence—things you rarely learn from textbooks alone. I designed these courses specifically to save you from the trial-and-error phase that most new lawyers endure.

As a first-generation lawyer, the sheer volume of 'book knowledge' can feel overwhelming, but it rarely translates into effective practice. Whether you are dealing with a complex RERA complaint, navigating bail proceedings, or drafting contracts, there is a massive difference between knowing the law and knowing how to apply it in a high-pressure environment.

My institute, AILM, was built on the philosophy that legal education needs to be grounded in the practical. I don't believe in teaching theory for the sake of it. My courses, ranging from contract drafting to alternative dispute resolution (ADR), are designed to be your toolkit. We look at actual case files, examine recent judgments, and work through assignments that mirror the problems you will face at your desk or in court.

Key areas covered in our training programs:

  • Courtroom Presentation: How to address judges, maintain professional decorum, and present submissions without confusion.
  • Legal Drafting: Moving from templates to creating original, sound legal notices and contracts that stand up to scrutiny.
  • Bail & Criminal Law: Understanding the nuances of filing and arguing for regular or anticipatory bail.
  • Property Law & RERA: Handling real estate disputes, municipal mutations, and regulatory filings.

This is not just about listening to lectures. You will be dealing with assignments, quizzes, and problem-solving modules that are as close to a real-world legal environment as possible. If you are ready to stop being confused by the procedural side of law, join us, and let's get down to the actual work.
