Pre-Wedding Event Management

Core Decoration

• Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft frame with 50+ fresh Marigold (Genda) strings and satin/georgette drapes (Yellow/Orange/Pink).
• Couple Seating: 2-seater sofa with floral touches OR traditional decorative Urli (brass vessel) with cushions.
• Flooring: Red/Green jute mat or White Chandni for the 100 sq ft stage area.

Props & Accents

• Signage: Standard neon sign (e.g., Haldi, Bride to Be) or floral chalkboard.
• Decor: 2 large Matkas (pots) with marigold petals and 4-6 ethnic cushions.
• Logistics: Transport, setup, and teardown included.

Draping & Structure

• Overhead Decor: Vibrant fabric strips (Leheriya/Solid colors) in canopy or kite patterns covering the terrace ceiling (up to 800 sq ft).
• Backdrop: 10ft wide Boho-chic setup with tassels, dreamcatchers, and dried pampas grass.
• Side Walls: Basic fabric masking to hide boundary walls (up to 40 running feet).

Furniture & Lighting

• Guest Seating: Floor mattress (Gadda) setup for 15-20 pax with colorful cushion covers and bolsters.
• Couple Seat: Floral decorated Swing (Jhoola) or colorful premium sofa.
• Lighting: Fairy lights interwoven with drapes and 4-6 LED Par cans for focus.

Stage & Mandap

• Structure: 10-12ft wide heavy floral arch or 4-pillar Mandap using premium artificial blooms (Roses, Hydrangeas) and fresh greens.

Entrance & Walkway

• Entry: Floral archway at the venue gate.
• Aisle: Red carpet or printed runner flanked by 6 floral pedestals (3 per side).

• Visuals: 6 Cold Pyro shots (Anar), Dry Ice Fog Machine (Matka effect), and Rose petal/confetti shower machine.

Guest Setup
