What Life at PBI Looks Like

Academy life at PBI goes far beyond the standard tennis lesson. We view tennis as a medium for growth, which is why our days are filled with everything from high-intensity fitness drills and biomechanical stroke corrections to celebrating the milestones of our students.

When you walk onto our courts, you are joining an environment where our pro players like Sahaja Yamalapalli train alongside kids just starting their first rally and athletes in our adaptive wheelchair program.

Why Our Environment Matters

• Inclusive Training: We built our facility to be accessible to everyone. Our wheelchair tennis programs and adaptive coaching are core to who we are, not an afterthought.
• Professional Infrastructure: By training at the Padukone Dravid Centre, our students get access to US Open-style hard courts. This ensures that when you show up for a session, you are playing on a surface that prepares you for competitive tournament conditions.
• The PBI Community: Tennis can be an isolating sport, but we change that. We encourage our students to watch other sessions, learn from our senior coaches, and support peers. We hold regular workshops and community events that keep the energy high even off the court.
