About Happy Tails: Our Adoption Stories
Every puppy you see in this gallery was adopted during one of our events. When you join our yoga or pickleball sessions, you are not just getting a workout or a break. You are participating in a live adoption drive where the shelter dogs you meet are actively looking for their forever homes, and we facilitate the entire process with our partner shelters.
People often ask us if these events are just for fun. While we definitely have a good time, our core mission is much deeper. We partner with local shelters across India to bring rescue dogs into a calm, social environment where potential adopters can meet them without the usual stress of a shelter cage.
When you attend a session, whether it is puppy yoga in Bangalore or a pickleball tournament in Chennai, you are providing these animals with much-needed socialization.
How Adoption Works at Our Events
- Meet the Pups: We bring shelter puppies directly to our venues. You get time to bond with them.
- No Pressure: We want you to fall in love naturally. If you feel a connection, our team is there to guide you through the adoption process.
- Direct Support: All adoption procedures are handled in coordination with our partner NGOs.
We believe in being vocal about street animal rights and the importance of choosing adoption over buying. By attending our events, you are not just having an experience. Pawga
We are a group of humans who just could not ignore the situation with street dogs in our cities. We started Pawga to use our love for yoga, sports, and art to bridge the gap between people and the shelter pets waiting for a second chance. It is loud, it is messy, and it is heart-filling work.
