Hijama Therapy Process
Curious about wet cupping? We keep it simple, sterile, and focused on helping your body recover from muscle pain and tension.
This video shows you the entire Hijama process from start to finish. We use safe, clean equipment to help draw out stagnant blood, which can provide relief from muscle pain and help your body detox. Many of my clients say they feel so much lighter and relaxed after a session.
About The Hijama Therapy Process
You might be wondering about hygiene. We use fresh, single-use cups and sterile surgical blades for every single person. My team is trained to make sure you are comfortable and safe from start to finish, so you can just relax and let the therapy do its work.
Hijama, or wet cupping therapy, is an old-school method we use to help target muscle pain and detox your body. If you have been feeling constant tightness in your back or shoulders, this could be the reset your body needs.
Our Process
When you come in, we make sure you are comfortable on a massage table in a private, air-conditioned room.
- Consultation: We identify your specific pain points, like the neck or lower back.
- Preparation: The skin is cleaned with alcohol wipes to maintain strict hygiene.
- Suction: We apply vacuum cups to the area to draw stagnant blood to the surface.
- Incision: We perform minor, superficial scratches using a single-use sterile lancet.
- Extraction: Cups are reapplied to extract the blood, followed by a final antiseptic application.
Choose Your Package
- Targeted Pain Relief (₹650–₹850): Perfect if you have a specific problem area like the cervical or lumbar region. We use 4-6 cups here.
- Full Back Detox (₹1400–₹1800): A comprehensive session using 10-14 cups, covering your entire spine and Sunnah points. We start with a quick oil application to get your blood flow moving.
Safety and Care
Yeh tension mat lo (don't stress). We use fresh gloves and disposable cups for every client. After the session, it is totally normal to see round marks for a few days, but most people tell me they feel lighter and relaxed immediately afterward. We have six locations across Bengaluru, including Kalyan Nagar, Doddanekundi, Hoodi, Kodigehalli, Mahadevapura, and RK Hegde Nagar, so you can pick the one closest to you.
