How I Set Up Your Event

• Freestanding Frames: I use heavy-duty metal rings or truss stands. These sit on your floor and do not need tape or nails on your walls.
• Balloon Artistry: I use a mix of metallic, chrome, and pastel balloons to build organic arches. These stay inflated for the duration of your party.
• Lighting & Props: My marquee letters and 'Happy Birthday' neon signs require standard electrical plug points. I bring extension cords to ensure we reach the right spot in your room.

Practical Details

• Space Requirements: These setups typically need a 8x8 feet or 10x10 feet clear area. If your living room is compact, I adjust the arch size to fit without crowding the space.
• Timeline: Setup usually takes between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the props and balloon volume. I always arrive early to finish before your first guest walks in.
• Post-Party: I return the next day for teardown. I collect the rental items like the metal rings, marquee letters, and neon signs. You keep the balloons to discard or give to guests as you like.
