Take our recent starry night cocktail at Jaypee Resorts—unexpected rain hit right before the event, but our team was already on-site. While others might panic, we cleared the water, reinforced the setup, and had the lighting perfectly aligned before the first guest walked in. Planning is not just about the beautiful render; it is about having the team on the ground that knows how to handle the pressure when the weather changes or the timeline tightens.
How We Build Your Day
Every event we design starts with a conversation. We call it our 'Chai pe Charcha' phase. Whether it is a grand royal wedding or an intimate Roka, we need to understand your story before we pick a single fabric.
1. The Concept Phase We do not work with fixed templates. Instead, we create a mood board that reflects your personality. If you want a traditional vibe at The Lodhi, we look for ways to mix classic florals with contemporary structures. We track everything from guest flow to the lighting angle, ensuring that your vision is technically feasible.
2. The Logistics & Execution Decor is useless if the logistics fail. Our planning fee covers a dedicated team that handles everything you do not want to worry about:
- Vendor Coordination: From MUAs to caterers, we ensure everyone is on the same timeline.
- Guest Management: We assist with logistics, hotel allocations, and airport transfers.
