About Devanagari Calligraphy
When I work on these pieces, I focus on the flow of the script and the balance of ink splatters. It is a slow process because I use a traditional calligraphy pen to ensure every stroke has that sharp, authentic edge that gives the work its personality.

For my Navratri series, I experimented with color washes against stark black ink to represent the specific energies of the goddesses.
