The most common question I get is how to manage the flow of food. For my smaller setups, I focus on easy, grab-and-go finger foods like mini sliders and shooters, so there is no need for extra staff. For larger events, I include a dedicated attendant to restock the grazing boards and manage the macaron towers, letting you actually enjoy your party without worrying about the display.
My approach to these tables is simple: good food should bring people together. I do not believe in separating desserts from appetizers. When you have a macaron tower sitting next to a board of Brie, grapes, and mini quiches, guests naturally linger longer. It creates an interactive vibe where the food becomes the entertainment.
How We Customize Your Table
Every event has a unique personality. I have done everything from vibrant football-themed tables for kids to elegant, floral-heavy displays for milestone birthdays. If you have a specific color palette or a theme—like a classic Bandhej design—I will build the table around it, down to the labels on the juice bottles.
Choosing the Right Setup
I offer three distinct tiers to match your guest list and venue:
- Petite Setup (15-20 Guests): Perfect for intimate gatherings. This is a drop-off service focused on self-service sliders, brownies, and shooters.
- Signature Table (30-40 Guests): Designed for medium celebrations, centered around a 3kg designer cake, plus themed snacks and custom treats.
- Luxury Macaron & Grazing (50+ Guests): My most premium offering. This includes an attendant, fresh floral styling, gold stands, and a 50-piece macaron tower to make a real statement.
