My Methi Masala Mathi is a customer favourite, a crunchy and savoury cracker spiced with dried fenugreek leaves. It's the perfect flaky biscuit to enjoy with your evening tea or with a spoonful of my homemade achaar.5
These Besan Spiral Mathis are as beautiful as they are delicious. A flaky, layered savoury biscuit made with gram flour, they have a unique texture and a rich, spiced flavour that makes them a popular tea time snack.
Here are my Sooji Special Mathis, made with semolina to be extra crispy and light. They are a simple, classic, and savoury cracker that pairs wonderfully with a hot cup of chai, reminding you of home.
