Gifting is more than just buying a box of sweets, and that is why I obsess over the little details. From selecting the right satin ribbon to ensuring the fresh flowers in my Petal & Cake hampers are perfectly arranged, I want the unboxing experience to be as good as the first bite.
My approach to these hampers is simple: I include things I would love to receive myself. You will find combinations like my Levain-inspired chunky cookies paired with savory masala nuts for a sweet and salty balance, or fresh flower bouquets paired with custom bento cakes. Because I bake in small batches, I can adjust the flavor profiles or the quantity based on who you are celebrating.
I often hear people ask, 'Paisa kese kahtam hogye?' (How did the money run out?) when they see the packaging, but that is half the fun of making a gift truly special. Whether it is for a birthday, an anniversary, or just a random 'thinking of you' gesture, my goal is to deliver happiness in a box. Since I work out of my kitchen in Andheri West, I handle every order personally to ensure nothing leaves the counter unless I am proud of it.
