Hi, I'm Nivedita. Been in the beauty game for 10+ years, learned a lot, even got my CIDESCO from Switzerland. But teaching—ah, that’s my real thing. Girls ask me, 'मला जमेल की नाही?' (Will I be able to do it?) and I get it, I was there too. My academy’s all about holding your hand, giving you 'अपेक्षेपेक्षा जास्त नॉलेज' (more knowledge than expected). Seeing students open salons, feel proud—that’s the best part for me. This is more than business, it’s about making women believe in themselves.
