1-Day Skill Upgrade Workshop
Core Training Scope
- Duration: 1 to 2 Days (typically 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
- Curriculum: Focus on single technique like Hydra Facial, Self Grooming, or Chemical Peel.
- Theory: Skin anatomy, contraindications, and product knowledge (SA1, SA2, SA3 solutions).
- Equipment: Assembly and handling of Ultrasonic probes, RF nozzles, Cold Hammers, and Spray Guns.
Practical & Material
- Demo: One live demonstration by the lead instructor on a model.
- Practice: Supervised peer-to-peer practice or shared model usage.
- Consumables: All in-class practice products (serums, gels, peels) provided by the academy.
Certification & Exclusions
- Credential: ISO certified Certificate of Participation provided.
- Materials: Printed notes or PDF handouts included.
- Exclusions: Lunch and personal hygiene kits (towels/sponges) are not included.

- Products: Academy provides creams, developers, color tubes, rebonding agents, and styling sprays.
- Machinery: Unlimited access to hood dryers, steamers, vanity stations, and washing sinks.
- Resources: Comprehensive notebook dictations on pH levels and color theory.
Student Requirements
- Personal Kit: Students must bring scissors, combs, section clips, aprons, and mannequin heads (not included in fee).
- Assessment: End-of-module practical exam requiring a live model presentation.
Vocational Cosmetology Diploma
Complete Curriculum
- Duration: 3 to 4 Months (Full-time).
- Skin: Basic to Advanced Cosmetology including waxing, cleanups, and machine facials.
- Hair: Basic to Advance cuts, chemical treatments, and updo styling.
- Makeup: Self-grooming to HD Bridal and Reception looks.
- Management: Hygiene protocols, client consultation, appointment management, and marketing.
Academy Deliverables
- Supplies: All practice liquids, creams, powders, and palettes provided.
- Experience: Internship-style work on real clients under supervision during peak hours.
- Assets: In-house photography sessions for digital portfolio building.
- Credential: Final Diploma in Cosmetology/Hairdressing.
Student Expenses
- Toolkits: Students must purchase personal hygiene kit, makeup brushes, beauty blenders, and scissors.
- Models: Students are responsible for arranging models for daily practice and exams.

How We Get There
- You’ll learn by doing, not just watching. We start with some theory, but quickly jump into hands-on practice.
- Demo sessions, then you get to try on mannequins and real models.
- I keep the pace easy at first - "frequency low varati thevaychi" (keep the frequency low) - so you master the basics before moving up.
What You’ll Learn
- Makeup artistry: HD makeup techniques, bridal looks (Maharashtrian, Lehenga), party styles, saree draping.
- Hair styling: Bridal buns, French rolls, modern braids, messy ponytails, open styles. Cutting includes Butterfly cut and graduation. Chemical work like keratin, smoothing, Botox, permanent curling. Colouring trends like balayage and ombre.
- Skin therapy: Hydra Facials, machine-based skin analysis, cleanups, waxing, mani-pedi, acne and dandruff solutions.
