Why I Started My Academy
I’ve seen so many people dream of becoming a makeup artist but hold back because of self-doubt. That fear - ‘Will I manage? Am I wasting my money?’ - it’s real. I get it. I started this academy to help you break through that. If you want to stand on your own feet, or as we say, apalya payavar ubha rahaycha (stand on your own), I’m here to help you do just that.
What My 35-Day Course Covers
- No background or prior experience needed. If you’ve got the desire, I’ll teach you the skill.
- You’ll go step-by-step from basics to international-level techniques in both makeup and hair.
- Focus is on skill first, not expensive products. I show you how to create flawless, waterproof looks with whatever kit you have.
- We do lots of practice - every single day, on real models and mannequins. That’s where real confidence comes from.
- You learn everything: drag-proof makeup bases, airbrush makeup, working on all skin tones (including dusky, matured, vitiligo), bridal looks from Maharashtrian to South Indian, and detailed hairstyling for all hair types.
- Saree draping techniques are also included - must for Indian bridal artists.
- I’ll teach you about social media and how to actually get clients. It’s not just about art, but also about starting your career.

My Story
Hey, Pragati here! I’m an international makeup artist, but honestly, I live for teaching. Saw so many girls scared, wondering 'Mere se hoga ya nahi?' (Can I really do this?). So, I started my academy for every fresher who’s just holding a brush for the first time. My students’ wins are my wins. Batches are always packed, but my loyalty is to those who give their all. Outside work, I’m a nature lover, festival fan, and family person. That’s my recharge.
