For this Lion King first birthday, I built a complete jungle safari scene. The setup includes life-sized character cutouts, themed balloon garlands, and lush greenery to transport guests to the Pride Lands.
Welcome to Candyland. This party features giant lollipop and donut props, a candy-striped counter, and pastel balloon arrangements to create a sweet and whimsical world for a first birthday celebration.
To create a truly immersive "under the sea" experience, I designed and installed a 100-foot LED tunnel that made guests feel like they were walking through an aquarium. This is how I bring ambitious ideas to life.

When planning a themed setup, we look beyond the backdrop to the entire venue flow. For our underwater designs, we install 100-foot LED tunnels and custom floor vinyls rather than just hanging decor. When selecting your theme, keep your venue's size and natural light in mind, as we often use LED Par cans to adjust the mood, whether it is a vibrant carnival or a soft, glowing forest.
Every party is a mini story, not just a checklist of balloons and cake. I approach event planning by focusing on the small details that actually impact how the space feels to your guests.
My Approach to Themed Decor
I handle the full setup, meaning I don't just supply props, I build the environment. If you want a jungle safari, we don't just put up a wall. We bring in life-sized character cutouts, lush greenery, and floor textures that make the area feel like a different world. For princess themes, it is about grand entrances, marquee letters, and floral arrangements that sit at the right height for kids to admire.
Logistics and Setup
I know the biggest worry is cleanup and coordination, so my team manages everything. From 12-hour transformation setups to breaking down the gear after the party, my focus is keeping the process stress-free for you. Whether you have a small home garden or a large banquet hall in Bengaluru, I adapt my design to fit the space.
