Creating an immersive theme is about more than just balloons. When you book a fairy or mermaid theme with us, we look at the venue space first.

The Mermaid Kingdom: We use shades of teal, purple, and blue to mimic an underwater vibe. This involves custom-printed vinyl flooring, bubble-effect lighting, and physical coral structures that frame the stage. We don't just hang things up; we build a perimeter that makes you feel like you are under the sea.

The Enchanted Garden: This is all about nature-inspired storytelling. We incorporate realistic greenery, soft LED fairy lights, and oversized floral arrangements. A key part of our process is the setup timing. For major transformations, we often require 6 to 12 hours of access to the venue to ensure the fabrication, lighting, and props are perfectly positioned.

Practical Details to Consider

• Space Requirements: For our standard 8x8 ft backdrop setups, a clear wall space in a home is sufficient. For grand stage setups (16ft+), we need to coordinate with the venue management for floor anchoring and ceiling height access.
• Fabrication & Props: We use a mix of fiber rocks, wooden cutouts, and printed flex to give props a realistic weight and look. If you have a specific character (like a particular fairy or mermaid) your child loves, let us know early so we can source or custom-fabricate the prop.
• Venue Styling: We service venues across Bengaluru. If you have a specific clubhouse or garden space in mind, we conduct a site visit to check the lighting and layout before finalizing the design.
