About Event Photography
Banaras Vibe, Global Frame
I don't just snap photos - I try to freeze a real feeling. Born and raised in Banaras, but I've shot everywhere from Mumbai to Dubai. For me, every event is about grabbing that one moment where everything just clicks, chahe woh Ganga ke ghats ho ya kisi concert ka stage (whether it's the banks of the Ganges or a concert stage).
Events I Love Shooting
- Concerts & Music Festivals: I chase that rush when the lights hit, the bass drops, and the crowd goes wild. Covered acts like Maroon 5, Sonu Nigam, and Sanam Band. I have a thing for those unplanned, raw shots - crowd surfing, artists vibing, all that.
- College Fest Photography: IMS-BHU’s ELIXIR fest has been my second home for 7 years. From DJ nights to celeb gigs, I look for those unpredictable, fun moments that make college memories.
- Fashion Show Event Coverage: From Manish Malhotra’s "Dharohar Kashi ki" show to campus ramps, I capture both the glam and the nerves backstage.
- Cultural Event Storytelling: Ganga Aarti, Dev Deepawali - these are not just events, they’re pure emotion. I try to catch the rituals, fireworks, and even the silent moments in between.

I’m Nikhil, always chasing a story with my camera. Banaras is my home, but my heart’s split between Mumbai’s madness and Jaipur’s royal corners. Shiva in my soul, Banaras in my vibe – that’s me. I shoot what feels real, whether it’s the ghats, a wedding in Dubai, or the rush of a celebrity concert. Seven years official photographer for IMS-BHU fest, but still excited every time I click.
