About The Pulse of Campus: College Fests

I shoot with full-frame Sony Alpha bodies paired with fast f/1.4 prime lenses to pull focus in erratic, low-light concert settings. You get clean shots of the stage performance and the crowd's reaction, even when venue lighting is working against us.

Photography at a college fest requires a different workflow than a standard event. When I am covering a festival, I switch between roaming for candid crowd reactions and planting myself stage-side for artist performances. My approach balances these two modes to build a complete visual story.

Having served as the official photography partner for IMS-BHU’s Elixir for seven years, I understand the technical demands of campus events. I work with high-speed burst settings to freeze action on stage, whether it is a high-energy DJ set, a fashion show ramp walk, or a traditional lamp lighting ceremony.

I deliver more than just files. I focus on creating sync-heavy video edits where the visuals align with the rhythm of the performance, giving you a concert reel that feels like the real thing. Whether it is a solo artist, a band, or a large-scale cultural production, my kit includes gimbal stabilization and drone options to ensure the final footage covers the venue's scale and the student energy.
