How We Train

I believe in building a foundation before expecting results. At Navodaya, we do not just hit shuttles. We work on your footwork, your racket grip, and your mental state. My coaching method is simple: I identify what you are doing wrong, we stop, we fix the technique, and we repeat until it is muscle memory. We use box drills and agility ladders to make sure your body is as fast as your reaction time.

I have expanded to multiple centers to make professional badminton training accessible to more players across the region. You can find us at:

• Vashi: NMSA and Merchant's Gymkhana
• Badlapur: SVH Sports Academy
• Kalyan: Godrej Hill Recreational Center

Each location offers different class types, including intensive seasonal training camps, regular coaching batches for kids and adults, and weekend leagues. If you are training at the Badlapur center, I even arrange pickup and drop services to make your commute easier.
