Home & Terrace Haldi Decor Package

Visual Setup

Backdrop: 8x8 ft or 10x10 ft structure featuring either a floral ring (mix of fresh marigold and artificial fillers) or a vibrant color-draped wall (Yellow/Orange/Pink).
Props: Standard Neon sign (Bride to Be/Haldi) and floor props like decorative brass/clay Urulis with floating candles/petals or decorated Matkas.
Couple Seating: Decorated loveseat or low-seating arrangement with colorful cushions and bolsters.

Venue Transformation

Overhead Draping: Partial ceiling draping with colorful strips to create a canopy effect (subject to venue feasibility).
Entrance: Simple floral archway or welcome board with an easel stand at the entry point.
Lighting: 4-6 basic par can lights to illuminate the backdrop and couple area.

Execution

Flowers: Local fresh flowers (Genda/Marigold) combined with reusable artificial floral rangolis.
Manpower: Includes transport, setup, and dismantling by a team of 3-4 staff.

Banquet Stage Decor for Engagement

Stage Design (Up to 30ft width)

Backdrop Structure: Layered draping (Pastels or White/Gold) with a curtain of rice lights.
Floral Elements: Artificial floral runners (Roses, Hydrangeas, Wisteria) on the top truss and side pillars. Includes hanging elements like decorative birdcages or glass terrariums.
Furniture: Premium 2-seater ornate sofa (Gold/Silver finish) for the couple and 2 side chairs for parents.

Ambiance & Lighting

Stage Flooring: Red or White carpet covering the stage platform.
Lighting: 8-10 LED Par cans for color washing and 2-4 Halogen focus lights for the couple.
Cold Pyro: 2 shots of Cold Pyro (sparklers) for the ring exchange moment.

Additional Decor

Entrance Gate: Matching floral arch at the banquet entrance.
Signage: Personalized Welcome board with couple names.
Walkway: 4-6 pedestal flower stands or pillars lining the aisle.

Complete Wedding Mandap & Vidhi Set

Mandap Structure

Design: 10x10 ft or 12x12 ft Mandap structure (Square or Circular) draped in fabric.
Florals: Crown of flowers on the top border using a mix of 70% artificial flowers for volume and 30% fresh tuberoses/rajnigandha strings for fragrance.
Ceremonial Items: Low seating (Bajots/Patlas) for the couple and Pandit, Havan Kund holder, and carpeted floor.

Seating & Furniture

Family Seating: 6-8 heavy chairs or sofas inside the Mandap for immediate family.
Audience Decor: Chair bows or sashes for the first 2-3 rows of general audience seating.

Entrance & Walkway

Entry Gate: Grand floral arch matching the Mandap theme at the main venue entrance.
Ganesh Setup: Decorated table setup for the Ganesh idol.
Aisle: Red or White carpet aisle leading to the Mandap with 6 floral pillars (3 on each side).

Sangeet & Reception Tech Package

Technical Stage Setup

Visuals: Center LED Video Wall (approx. 8ft x 12ft or similar split configuration) for graphics or live feed.
Lighting Truss: Box or T-truss setup mounted with 4-6 Sharpy moving head lights, LED washes, and strobes.
Sound System: Professional PA system (Line Array or heavy JBL tops/subs) suitable for 300-500 pax, including cordless mics.

Stage Decor

Fabrication: Masking of stage legs and truss with black or colored fabric.
Props: Large illuminated props (e.g. LOVE letters or Marquee numbers) placed near the stage.
Dance Floor: Wooden dance floor platform (12x12 ft) or masking of existing floor.

Special Effects (SFX)

Entry/Performance: 4 shots of Cold Pyro (stage fireworks) and heavy Fog Machine (Dry Ice effect) for entry or first dance.
DJ Console: Dedicated, decorated console booth.

Full-service wedding decor packages, so you don’t run around to ten different vendors.
Big or small event, we handle both with the same energy. From an intimate home wedding planning session in Mumbai to pulling off a grand resort wedding coordination in Lonavala.
Every function is unique:
- Haldi/Mehndi with custom themes and quirky details (Photo khichao, Mehndi lagao).
- Sangeet nights with pro-level staging and lighting, even big LED screens for that wow effect.
- Engagements and receptions with plush setups, dramatic lights, and floral designs that actually look good in photos.

Our Style

We mix modern and traditional - want a marigold theme or something totally hatke (different)? We’re game. You’ll see us everywhere, from terraces in Pali Hill to big banquet lawns, always making sure you get what you imagined. No sugarcoating - sometimes there are last-minute hiccups, but I’ll be there handling it, so you can focus on making memories.
