About Chrome & Metallic Finishes
Achieving that perfect mirror-like chrome finish is all about the base. We use a high-quality non-wipe top coat before buffing in the pigment powder, which ensures the metallic particles settle evenly without any streaks. It is a precise process that makes the difference between a dull sheen and that high-impact, liquid-metal look you see in these photos.

Our Chrome Techniques
- Powder Chrome: This is for that classic, liquid-metal look. We apply a specific base color and then rub the chrome powder into the tacky layer to create a seamless, reflective finish.
- Chrome Flakes: For something more textured, we use larger flakes that create a 'shattered glass' or mosaic effect. These catch the light from different angles and look great on a pastel or dark base.
- Embossed Chrome: This is where artistry meets technique. We sculpt 3D designs on the nail and then apply chrome over the raised areas. It adds depth and a luxurious, jewellery-like feel to the manicure.
Will It Last?
Many clients worry that chrome wears off easily. The secret is the seal. We use a specialized top coat that locks the metallic particles in place. As long as you avoid harsh chemicals and use gloves when doing heavy household chores, a professional chrome manicure can last 2 to 3 weeks without losing its shine.
