Art as Self-Expression and Mindfulness

Art is my way to breathe, to get lost, and to find myself again. These pieces are my personal diary, using lines and patterns to navigate the days when things get too heavy.

I call this piece 'Self Hug'. It's an abstract portrait about learning to show compassion for yourself, especially when you're filled with sadness and overwhelming thoughts. It’s a digital drawing I made after a long break from abstract art.

This animated piece is my soul talking through lines and colors. I transformed my digital mandala art into a flowing, butterfly-like form to express deep emotions and the feeling of spiritual release.

An intense, trippy animation I created called 'Lost in Translation'. This kaleidoscopic video uses my mandala patterns to explore the deeper, more chaotic parts of the mind in a visually meditative way.

About Art as Self-Expression

I often get asked if you need to be an artist to start. You don't. My 'Self Hug' portrait and these animations started as a way to untangle my own thoughts. I invite you to join a session where we focus on the movement of the pen, not the final result. Whether you join me for a live online session or an offline workshop at a café in Delhi NCR, we keep the focus on simple patterns that act as a visual anchor for a calm mind.
