When you walk into Myna, you aren't just signing up for a class; you're joining a community where riyaaz (practice) becomes a shared joy. We keep our batches small—typically 8 to 12 people—so whether you're a child in our Drama Lab or an adult finding your voice in a workshop, you get personal attention from our gurus. Drop by our Khar West studio to sit in on a session or watch an intimate performance, and see if this is the creative home you've been looking for.
Founded in 2025, Myna is our answer to the idea that art should be approachable. Located in Khar West, our studio is designed as a 'soul space' where you can laugh, sing, and act without the pressure of performance anxiety.
Our programs cover the spectrum of performing arts. For the little ones, our Myna Minis Drama Lab uses movement and storytelling to build confidence and empathy. It’s not just about acting; it’s about giving kids a place to play and express themselves safely.
For adults, we focus on practical skills and deep cultural connection. If you've ever felt the need to improve your public speaking or confidence, our intensive workshops cover breath work and body language with industry veterans like Shernaz Patel. If language is more your path, join our Urdu Adab sessions with Alleyah Asghar, where we dive into the poetry and cinema that make up so much of our rozmarra ki zindagi (everyday life).
We also host intimate shows in our black box theatre. From musical storytelling like 'Magical Garden' to powerful solo acts, these performances are a chance to connect with other artists in the community. Our studios—Darbari and Malhar—are sound-proofed with impact-absorbing wooden flooring, ensuring you have a safe, professional environment to learn, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your craft.
