Balcony Flooring: Turf and Wood Tiles
Surface Preparation
- Basic sweeping and leveling of the existing concrete floor.
- Verification of floor slope to ensure water flows to drain points.
- Custom cutting of tiles and mats to fit around pillars and corners.
Flooring Materials
- High density synthetic grass carpet (35mm to 45mm pile height) with double backing.
- 12 inch by 12 inch interlocking Acacia or hardwood profile tiles with plastic drainage base.
- Polished white or river pebbles (1 to 2 inch size) to fill gaps and borders.
Finishing
- Concealed waterproof LED strip lighting along floor edges.
- Anti fungal spray treatment on wooden tiles for mold prevention.
