We design living areas that do more than just seat guests. Whether it is a double-height volume or a cozy family nook, we focus on light, narrative-driven architecture and custom details that make these spaces truly yours.

Sunlight streams into the double-height living room at Rehethaan, highlighting the grand scale, arched windows, and the massive, sculptural frond-like light installation. This space was designed to feel open, airy, and connected to the outdoors.

A closer look at the informal living room, where a hand-carved wall sculpture by Sycaro Studio adds a layer of narrative and artistry. The mix of a comfortable sectional, a unique armchair, and stone coffee tables creates a layered, inviting atmosphere.

The formal living room at Rehethaan is a study in sophisticated comfort. We used a mix of custom sofas, elegant wingback chairs, and sculptural coffee tables, all set under a ceiling with intricate gypsum embroidery and bespoke chandeliers.

In Apartment 1005, we designed distinct but connected enclaves. This view shows the seamless transition from the bar and living area to the study, using architectural framing and consistent materiality to create a cohesive family mind map.18
This vignette from Apartment 1600 showcases our curated approach to furnishing. A simple black steel and glass console is paired with woven baskets and distinctive artwork, creating an entryway that is both functional and expressive of a mid-century tropical aesthetic.
For Apartment 5026, we revived a family home by honoring its Art Deco roots. The living room features reclaimed terrazzo floors and furniture with vintage silhouettes, blending global influences with a character that is unmistakably Mumbai.

The main goal for this home was to blend it with its natural surroundings. This large bay window in the living room does just that, creating a comfortable seating nook that feels immersed in the trees.6

The living room of the 'Fifty Two' apartment in Lower Parel, designed for a well-travelled family. We aimed for a royal look that wasn't over-the-top, using a mix of plush fabrics, a statement chandelier, and a custom Patagonia marble coffee table.17
In 'The House of Arcs', we used soft, curved furniture and a muted color palette accented with rust-colored pillows. The design is built around fluid lines and organic shapes to create a calming and cohesive living space.
