Grand Living and Social Spaces
We design living areas that do more than just seat guests. Whether it is a double-height volume or a cozy family nook, we focus on light, narrative-driven architecture and custom details that make these spaces truly yours.

About Grand Living & Social Spaces
We do not believe in standard room layouts. If you want a double-height living room that draws the eye upward or a conversation corner tucked into a green arch, we build for the moments you actually share, not just for show.
How We Build Living Spaces
When we approach a living area, we start by ignoring the rules of typical room layouts. We ask about the poems you love or the holidays where you felt most at peace. These stories dictate the volume of a room, the placement of a swing, or the texture of a wall.
In large, double-height volumes, we focus on light architecture and natural flow. We use skylights, wide window spans, and transition spaces to bring the outside in. For furniture, we avoid mass-produced sets. Instead, we work with talented people to create custom furniture, from sculptural dining tables to complex storage units, that fits the exact scale of your room.
Materiality and Intent
We believe in the power of materials. You will see us mixing warm teak and walnut with cool stone, brass, or handcrafted tiles. Every material serves a purpose, whether it is a monolithic stone basin in a bath or an intricate gypsum pattern on a ceiling.
The Process
If you are wondering about the journey, it starts with a conversation. We move from your initial stories into 2D layouts and 3D visualizations, managing the entire fit-out from flooring to lighting. We are with you on site to make sure that the vision we sketched matches the reality on the ground.
What makes our living spaces work is not the size, but the intention. Whether it is an apartment or a sprawling villa, we focus on uncluttered comfort and spaces that facilitate conversation. If you want a home that feels like a lived-in story rather than a showroom, we are the team for you.
