Outdoor spaces can be unpredictable, especially with the wind, so we use professional-grade mounting and weighted bases for all our balloon garlands and backdrops. This ensures your decor stays perfectly in place until the party ends, whether you are hosting on a breezy rooftop in Gurgaon or a private garden in South Delhi.
Outdoor parties have a unique charm that indoor events just cannot match. When we work on a terrace or garden project, our goal is to define the space so it feels intimate and celebratory rather than empty.
Creating the Perfect Outdoor Vibe
- Lighting is Everything: In open areas, fairy lights are our best tool. We drape high-density light strings to create a warm, canopy effect that defines the 'room' under the sky. Combined with LED neon signs, this creates that perfect glow for evening photos.
- Cabana Setups: If you have a larger terrace, a 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft wooden cabana frame creates an instant lounge area. We deck these out with sheer curtains, floor cushions, and low-rise pallet tables for a relaxed, comfortable seating arrangement.
- Weather-Ready Decor: We check the forecast before every outdoor event. While our structures are sturdy, we always advise having a backup plan—like a covered area or a living room alternative—just in case of sudden Delhi NCR rain showers.
How We Work
Since outdoor setups require running lights and assembling frames, we typically need at least 2 hours of access to the venue before your guests arrive. We prefer to visit the site or look at a video of your space beforehand so we can plan the layout, identify power points for the lights, and make sure the wind won't be a problem for your balloons. Whether it’s a romantic terrace dinner or a 21st birthday celebration on a lawn, we focus on making the space look intentional and put-together.
