• Cabana & Lighting: I use 6x6ft pipe structures draped in sheer white curtains with high-density warm white LED fairy lights. This creates an immediate 'lounge' vibe on any terrace.
• Wind Management: Since these are outdoor events, I use heavier balloon bases than I would for indoor rooms to prevent them from blowing away.
• Logistics: I handle all the transport. I arrive with the crew, set up the cabana or backdrop, and take care of the dismantling. You just need to provide the space and a power point.

My Popular Outdoor Setups

Most clients ask for a mix of balloon garlands and marquee numbers. For a 19th or 18th birthday, I often combine marquee '18' or '19' lights with a sequin wall backdrop. If it is a more intimate gathering, the cabana setup with low floor seating and mattresses is the most requested option.
