About Behind the Lens
You will notice I often switch between my professional rig and an iPhone 15 during shoots. This hybrid approach lets me blend high-end cinematic quality with quick, intimate perspectives that feel raw and immediate. It keeps the energy fluid, allowing me to chase the perfect light or a sudden Mumbai downpour without ever missing the moment.
My process is built around finding the story in the chaos. Whether I am setting up a drone at Marine Drive or chasing a moody shot in the Western Ghats, I am always looking for that specific emotion—what I call sukoon.
The Tech That Makes the Vibe
I am a bit of a gear nerd, but only because the right tools help me capture reality the way I see it. You will see me moving between heavy stabilizer rigs for those smooth, gliding cinematic shots and handheld setups that feel more personal and grounded. I treat every frame like a painting, using color grading to push the mood toward those warm, dramatic tones I love.
Why Hybrid?
Some of the best shots happen in seconds. By using a hybrid setup—mixing professional cinema cameras with mobile footage—I can be faster. This means less 'setting up' and more 'shooting.' If you want your film to feel like a movie, it needs to look cinematic, but it also needs to feel authentic to who you are.
Let’s Create
I am based in Mumbai, but my camera and I, we have to go where the story is. From the busy streets of Bandra to the quiet corners of Kashmir, I am always ready to travel. My approach isn't about rigid posing. It is about catching those quiet, happy moments between you and your partner, or the grand scale of a destination event, framed in a way that feels timeless.
