I don't use heavy studio lights or complex sets that overwhelm kids. Instead, I incorporate the festive decor you’ve already picked out—your tree, your Diwali lights, or your heirloom pieces—because those elements define your family's story. By working in your home, I ensure your little ones are comfortable and relaxed, which is exactly how we get those genuine, joyful smiles.
Festivals are when families come together, but they can also be chaotic. My approach to festive photography is to document that beautiful, slightly chaotic energy without forcing anyone to sit still or pose perfectly.
Why I Focus on Home Sessions
Your home is where your traditions live. Whether it's a first birthday cake smash or a quiet festive morning, shooting in your familiar space helps children feel secure. My Process for Festive Shoots
- Planning: We discuss your outfits and the 'feel' of your celebration beforehand. This helps us sync with the best natural light timings at your home.
- Pacing: Festive shoots with children can be tiring. I build in buffer time for feeding, snack breaks, or just letting the kids be kids.
