Building a champion starts with the right foundation. From 4-year-old beginners to state-level contenders, we focus on technical precision and speed to master the game.

This is a classic multiball drill in action. By feeding a high volume of balls to the same spot, I help the player perfect her forehand stroke and improve her reaction speed. It's a fundamental part of our table tennis coaching.

Here I am rallying with Aradhya, focusing on her footwork and positioning. One-on-one sessions like this allow me to provide personalized feedback to correct and refine a student's technique.

Using a ball machine is an excellent way to work on consistency. These students are practicing their returns against a steady stream of balls, which helps build stamina and lock in their forehand and backhand technique.

A perfect action shot of a student executing a forehand topspin during a match. My training emphasizes not just learning the strokes, but knowing when and how to use them effectively in a competitive setting.

This young player is focused on her backhand return. We start with the basics of grip and posture to ensure every student develops a strong technical foundation for their game.

I'm working with 7-year-old Alankrit on his forehand drive. Even at a young age, we focus on proper form and follow-through to build good habits that will last a lifetime.

This 6-year-old player is practicing his forehand topspin, a more advanced stroke. My goal is to introduce techniques at the right pace, challenging students to continuously improve their game.

This video shows a combination of off-table fitness and on-table drills. Ada warms up with agility jumps and then moves to the table to practice her strokes, demonstrating our holistic approach to player development.

Five-year-old Avir is completely focused on his forehand practice. For our youngest beginners, I make drills feel like a game to develop their hand-eye coordination and a love for the sport.

This video shows a young player practicing his footwork and forehand shots. Quick movement is just as important as a good stroke, and we incorporate drills that improve both simultaneously.

About Training Drills & Technique

Correct grip and stance are the foundation of everything we do at our GTB Nagar hall. We do not just show you how to hold the paddle; we use multiball feeding sessions to lock in your forehand topspin and backhand push until they become second nature, regardless of your skill level.

At Ping Pong Academy, my training philosophy is built on three pillars: discipline, technique, and a whole lot of heart. We avoid generic practice routines. Instead, we use a structured approach that prioritizes muscle memory and tactical awareness.

Multiball Training

This is the core of our technical work. By feeding a rapid stream of balls to specific zones on the table, I help students bridge the gap between knowing a stroke and executing it under pressure. It is the fastest way to fix form issues, whether it is a shaky backhand or an inconsistent serve.

Footwork & Agility

Table tennis is won with the feet, not just the hands. You will see us using agility ladders and cone drills on our court because if your feet aren't in the right place, your shot will fail. We train for speed, using a dynamic mindset to ensure you are always balanced for the next return.

Personalized Progress

Every session at our GTB Nagar indoor facility is tailored to the individual. For our youngest players, we use games to build hand-eye coordination. For competitive players aiming for Delhi state tournaments, we step up the intensity with robot training and guided match simulations to improve tactical understanding. Whether you are aiming for a school medal or just want to improve your rally consistency, we break down your game to find the gaps and fill them. We track progress from your first session to your first podium finish.

I am Mudit, and for me, table tennis is a lifelong passion. My academy is not just about winning medals; it is about seeing a student nail their first forehand topspin and feeling the joy of the game. We are a family that celebrates every milestone, from a 4-year-old’s first session to a state-level win.
