Exquisite Bridal Jewellery Styling and Accessory Direction
I don't just select jewellery, I build a visual story around your bridal look. Whether it is traditional South Indian temple sets or modern polki for your cocktail night, I ensure your accessories reflect your personality.

Here is another look from a temple jewellery campaign I styled. The long necklace, or 'haram', is a centerpiece of South Indian bridal wear. I paired it with a green brocade blouse to complement the traditional gold.

About Exquisite Bridal Jewellery Styling
When I style a bridal look, the jewellery is never an afterthought. If you are wearing a heavy South Indian temple set with a Kerala saree, we adjust the neckline to let the ‘haram’ sit perfectly against the fabric. For a cocktail look with a modern ruffled saree, I balance the ratio of choker to earrings so the effect is glamorous without overwhelming your frame.
Jewellery styling is where the technical side of fashion meets the emotional side of a wedding. My process starts by looking at the interplay between your outfit’s neckline and the weight of your chosen accessories.
For traditional South Indian bridal looks, we often work with temple jewellery. The challenge here is ensuring the layers of the ‘haram’ necklaces do not clash with the blouse embroidery. I focus on creating a silhouette that feels regal and timeless, ensuring the gold tones complement your skin and the fabric of the saree.
When we transition to modern cocktail or sangeet events, the rules change. I love pairing polki and emerald sets with contemporary outfits like ruffled sarees or off-shoulder blouses. The goal is to bring a modern edge to heritage pieces. We experiment with wearing chokers solo or mixing lengths to create a textured, sophisticated look that stands out in photography.
Ultimately, my role is to act as your creative director for the entire ensemble. I examine how the mathapatti, earrings, and bangles work together with your hair and makeup. We avoid the ‘all-or-nothing’ approach. Instead, we identify your strongest feature—perhaps a striking choker or an oversized statement ring—and style the rest of the look to support that focal point. It is about harmony, balance, and making sure that when you look at your photos years from now, you see yourself, not just a display of ornaments.
