I transform empty terraces and backyards into functional, all-weather living spaces. Here is a look at some of my recent projects featuring custom pergolas, enclosed terrace rooms, and modern outdoor designs.

This is how I turn an empty terrace into a stunning, fully enclosed living space. This project at Skylark Greens features an insulated PUF sheet pergola, PVC lattice for privacy, and UPVC sliding doors, creating a comfortable room that's usable in any weather.

Imagine a bright, airy living room on your terrace. This is the interior of a fully enclosed gazebo, complete with a PVC ceiling, large UPVC windows, and stylish flooring. It's a perfect example of adding a functional and beautiful room to your home.

I believe in combining strength with style. These custom CNC-cut designer panels serve as both a decorative roof element and a privacy screen, creating beautiful light patterns while adding a unique architectural touch to this pergola at Natura Atavi.

What you see in the 3D design is what you get. This image shows the direct comparison between my initial design and the final executed Mangalore tile roof, demonstrating my commitment to delivering on our shared vision with precision.

A modern terrace can be a green oasis. This project features a waterproof shingles pergola, a lush vertical garden, and artificial grass, creating a vibrant and relaxing outdoor lounge area that is both stylish and low maintenance.

A client wanted a room-like structure on their terrace, and I delivered. This video shows the entire process, from the initial 3D design to the step-by-step construction of a durable, all-weather terrace room at Confident Li 12 Villas, Sarjapur.

For this project, I designed and installed an architectural pergola using 12mm toughened glass and intricate CNC designer panels. The structure is supported by custom pillars, creating a luxurious and visually striking centerpiece for the terrace.
