Whether you choose toughened glass or compact sheets, the foundation remains the same: heavy-duty MS (Mild Steel) fabrication. We use 12 and 14 gauge Apollo steel, ensuring the framework is robust enough to support the glass weight and withstand high-speed winds.

The Glass and Compact Sheet Difference

• Toughened Glass: We use 10mm or 12mm weather-sealed toughened glass. It’s perfect if you want to maintain a sense of openness while protecting the area from rain. We finish edges with industrial-grade silicone weather sealant for 100% waterproofing.
• Compact Sheets: This is a fantastic, durable alternative to glass. It’s lightweight, offers excellent shade, and provides a modern, minimalist look. It is ideal for backyards or terrace sections where you want to reduce heat buildup without losing the sleek aesthetic.

Customization and Privacy

Many of our clients in areas like NVT Orchid Garden or Mahalakshmi Layout want more than just a roof. We can integrate custom CNC-cut metal panels, Jali bricks, or PVC lattice screens into the structure. This gives you privacy from neighboring buildings while allowing for proper airflow. If you are looking to fully enclose the area, we can convert your pergola into an all-weather room by adding UPVC sliding windows and internal lighting channels.
