This project involved the re-installation of a polycarbonate interlocking system. My team is shown executing the work with precision, including on-site cutting and fitting to ensure a higher quality and more durable result.

The first day on a new project begins with the arrival of materials. Here, brand new polycarbonate sheets are delivered to the site and carried up to the tenth floor, ready for installation.

Polycarbonate sheets are not just for roofing; they are also excellent for creating safety enclosures. This video shows the process of cutting and installing polycarbonate safety sheets to cover and secure an open area.

About Polycarbonate Sheet Pergolas

When we install these, the focus is entirely on the frame rigidity and the seal quality. Polycarbonate is excellent for light transmission, but if the joints aren't properly secured with EPDM gaskets and high-grade silicone, leaks are inevitable during the monsoon. We use 1.5mm to 2mm thick mild steel frameworks, ensuring the structure doesn't flex under high wind pressure, which keeps your roof tight and drip-free for years.
