About The Grind: Pre-Tour Preparation

We do not just run drills to fill time. Before every international tour, we focus on the mathematics of court positioning. Our goal is to close the gaps where opponents usually score, reducing the open space on our side of the court. When you train with us, you learn to see the game like a chessboard, finding the weak spots in the defense before the serve even happens.
