About The Painter's Canvas
You don't need to be a pro to get started. We keep our batches small so every student gets personal guidance, whether you are tackling charcoal shading, inverse art on black sheets, or working on your own still-life composition. It is less about the perfect stroke and more about the confidence to try new things.
Building Your Artistic Foundation
Art is a skill, but at Ignited Minds, it is primarily a playground. In our painting and drawing sessions, we move beyond simple coloring pages to help students understand actual techniques. We cover the essentials—shading, perspective, and color theory—but we do it through projects that actually excite kids.
What We Cover
- Technique Exploration: We teach students to handle different mediums, from charcoal shading for portraits to the layering required for mixed-media projects.
- Inverse Art: We swap traditional white paper for black sheets, using light oil pastels to teach students how to create high-contrast, striking effects.
- Still Life & Observation: We encourage students to look at real objects, like flower pots or fruit, and translate 3D items onto a 2D canvas using proper proportions.
- Small Batch Focus: With group sizes kept between 8 to 12 students at our centers in Gurgaon and Delhi, we ensure everyone gets enough time to ask questions and fix their mistakes.
