I have spent over 10 years refining my workshops to move away from the rigid, overly technical training that can intimidate younger kids. Instead, I mix high-energy Bollywood tracks, simple Bhangra steps, and quick Zumba-inspired movements that keep the rhythm alive.
I work directly with school administrations across Noida and Greater Noida to organize these sessions. Whether it is for an annual day preparation, a wellness week, or just a fun fitness break, I adapt the routine to fit the time slot you have. You do not need to worry about complex setups either. I bring the playlist and the enthusiasm, and as long as your school can provide a sound system, we are good to go.
