About
Why I Photograph the Small Stuff
Big animals get all the attention, but I’m obsessed with the tiny ones. There’s a whole buzzing world under our noses, and every time I crouch down for a shot, I see stories nobody else notices. Some days, a butterfly floats like a scrap of paper, other days, a crab tests every ounce of my patience. The thrill is in the chase - and sometimes, the shot escapes me as fast as the creature itself.
How I Work
I’m all heart when it comes to animals. I go slow, blend in, and let them do their thing. No posing, no touching. I’m just there to catch whatever real moment pops up. Patience is everything. Sometimes luck helps too.
My Favourites
- Extreme close-up insect photos: Butterflies, dragonflies, ants. I’ll follow a butterfly for ages to get that one dreamy shot. I love playing with light - a butterfly silhouette photography against the sunset is just magic.
- Spiders: They’re wild architects, trust me. Giant Wood Spider weaving its web is pure drama.
- Reptiles and amphibians: Camouflage experts. Spotting a monitor lizard or a soft-shell turtle in the mud is pure luck.
Gear & Style
I use a Sony a7 IV with a 200-600mm lens, but honestly, sometimes my iPhone gets the job done. The gear makes things tricky - ever tried shooting a tiny crab with a giant lens? It’s madness, but so worth it. My style is authentic wildlife storytelling - close-ups, environmental shots, silhouettes. I show creatures as they are, where they live. No fakes, just real life.

My Story
My Work
Wildlife Photography - I snap everything—tigers, elephants, birds, insects, crabs. Indian Scops Owl photography is a real thrill.
Stories Behind Every Shot - Each photo’s got its own story. Sometimes it’s a hidden baby bird, sometimes a tiger close-up.
All Creatures Count - Tiny crab with a 600mm lens or a big cat walking by—every animal deserves its moment.
Patience Pays Off - Birds disappear in a blink. Waiting for that camouflaged bird shot is half the fun.
