Our Process & Logistics

• Custom Flex Backdrops: If you choose a theme that requires a custom printed backdrop, we need at least 3 days' notice to get the design, print, and frame assembly ready.
• Material Quality: We use professional-grade balloons for our organic arches and high-quality foam or sunboard for character cutouts to ensure they look great from every angle.
• Setup Time: Depending on the complexity, our team needs about 2 to 3 hours to set up fully. We handle the dismantling, too, so you don't have to worry about cleaning up props or frames after the guests leave.
• Budgeting: We are big believers that celebrating doesn't have to break the bank. We offer packages ranging from simple ring decor for intimate gatherings to full-scale luxury setups with sequin walls and marquee numbers. If you have a specific budget in mind, tell us, and we will mix and match props to fit it.
