I love creating mehendi that tells a story. Whether it's for Karwa Chauth, Vat Savitri, or a family puja, I draw custom scenes that make your celebration feel truly yours.

Here's a look at how I created a special Vat Savitri mehendi. One hand features the banyan tree, while the other depicts women performing the puja, telling the complete story of the festival on the palms.

This video shows a closer look at my popular Karwa Chauth design, where a woman is holding the puja thali and the sieve. It’s these little details that make a design stand out.

A compilation of some of my favorite Karwa Chauth designs from this season, including intricate hand and feet mehendi. You can see a variety of styles, from traditional figures to modern patterns.

For Maha Shivratri, I created this detailed portrait of Goddess Parvati performing puja on a Shivling. It's a very spiritual and intricate design that requires a steady hand and a lot of focus.

A simple yet powerful design for Teej or Shivratri, featuring a Shivling on a lotus base, enclosed within a decorative mandala. This is perfect for a minimal but meaningful festive look.

A tribute to Shivaji Maharaj, this design features his symbolic 'tilak' in the center, surrounded by lotus motifs. It's a unique way to show respect and celebrate his legacy.

About Festive & Themed Mehendi

When you choose a themed design, I start by sketching the story—whether it’s the banyan tree for Vat Savitri or a couple’s portrait for Karwa Chauth—on your palms using my homemade, organic henna cones. This ensures you get those crisp, clean lines and a dark, rich stain that lasts through all your festive events.

I believe mehendi should be personal. For festivals like Karwa Chauth, Vat Savitri, or Teej, standard patterns often miss the spirit of the day. I work with you to incorporate the elements that matter—your puja thali, the Shivling, or specific family motifs—into a balanced, artistic composition.

Because I hand-craft my own henna cones using all-natural ingredients, the color develops beautifully over 24 to 48 hours. I don't use harsh chemicals, so your skin stays safe and the stain is consistently deep.

How to get the best result

  • Planning: Book at least 2 weeks in advance for major festivals like Karwa Chauth or Diwali, as my slots fill up quickly.
  • Preparation: Moisturize your hands for a few days before, but keep them dry and free of lotions on the day of application so the henna sits perfectly.
  • The Process: For detailed themed designs, expect to sit for about 90 minutes to 2 hours. I’ll guide you on aftercare so your mehendi keeps that 'wow' look for days.

I'm Bhoomi. My life revolves around mehendi—honestly, I forget to eat when I’m focused on a design! I don't just apply henna; I love drawing scenes that tell your story. My goal is for people to look at your hands and ask if it's a print.
