About this collection
When I apply Arabic or Indo-Arabic mehendi, I focus on specific spacing and bold outlines to create a clean, modern look. This style relies on negative space to make the henna stain stand out, which is why it looks so elegant in photos. I use my own fresh organic henna for every client, ensuring a consistent, deep color that develops fully over 48 hours.
Understanding the Styles
Arabic mehendi is defined by its flow—think large floral vines, paisleys, and open areas that let your skin show through. It is quick to apply and dries faster than traditional bridal henna, making it an excellent choice for guest mehendi or shorter functions.
Indo-Arabic fusion is where I blend that bold Arabic flow with the intricate, tight net-work (Jaali) patterns typical of Indian styles. This gives you the best of both worlds: the clarity of Arabic design with a bit more detail and density.
