I’m looking for dancers who are ready for the grind, not just the glam. If you want to build a real career in choreography, let's talk.
When I hire for my team, I look for more than just dancers. I seek creative leaders with strong visualization skills who can manage large groups and are willing to travel. This is about building a team of dedicated choreographers.
This is my dance squad, a team that has achieved success through years of hard work, perseverance, and staying focused. I am grateful for their dedication, which is the foundation of every successful performance we deliver.
My team, ready for a six-month work contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I am incredibly grateful to work with people who believe in the journey and are committed to excellence. This is the life I have always wanted.
Here is my team of 45 performers during our 45-day carnival event at Ramoji Filmcity in Hyderabad. I am blessed to work with a core team that has a never-give-up attitude and believes in hard work.
My dance squad is too awesome to fit in one frame. This is the energy and unity of a team that slays together and stays together, creating epic performances every time.

Laughter, madness, and trust. These are the ingredients that turn teammates into a family. Here is a lighthearted moment with my core team on a work trip.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Building a great team is a critical part of success in the choreography business. It starts with finding allies who grow with you and celebrate every step of the journey.
When performing as a team, there is no 'I', there is only 'we'. We succeed together, we manage challenges together, and we deliver a great job together. This is the core principle of my dance squad.
A great team prays together, stays together, celebrates together, and even cries together. This picture captures a moment of collaboration and focus with my team, the foundation of our success.
About Join Team Megha Sampat
When I hire, I am not looking for a polished influencer reel; I am looking for someone who understands that a 3-minute stage performance requires 30 hours of rehearsal. You will start as an intern or assistant, which means you will be handling music edits, logistics, and squad formations before you ever step into the spotlight. If you are here for the fame, look elsewhere.
Building a career in dance is not about waiting for a lucky break; it is about doing the work that nobody sees. When you join my team, you are not just signing up to dance. You are signing up to learn the architecture of a show.
The Growth Path
I operate a merit-based structure. Whether you start as a Choreography Intern or join as an Assistant, your growth is tied to your ability to handle responsibility. You will learn the technical side of the business—music mapping, formation design for large squads (we are talking 20 to 40 people), and rehearsal management.
What I Look For
Professionalism is non-negotiable. I need people who can:
- Conceptualize: Move beyond just steps and understand the 'why' behind the movement.
- Execute: Handle the chaos of backstage, the long hours, and the travel logistics.
- Commit: We work hard. My team has traveled from Ramoji Film City to international pavilions in Riyadh. This requires dedication, physical stamina, and a ‘never-give-up’ attitude.
Why This Matters
Most dancers focus on the final stage performance. But my best team members are the ones who find sukoon (peace) in the process. They find satisfaction in setting up the stage, ensuring the lighting cues are right, and making sure the entire squad is in sync. If you are ready to move past the amateur level and build a solid, pakka (solid) professional foundation, send over your details. We do not do shortcuts here.
Megha Sampat Kini
I built this squad from sleepless nights and a refusal to take shortcuts. If you have the drive to learn the business of dance—from conceptualizing complex formations to managing a 40-person crew—there is a spot for you here.
