Why I focus on lifestyle photography

I spent 8 years in the corporate world, and I learned that you cannot force results. The same applies to family photography. When I started, I realized that family pictures often look stiff because everyone is trying to pose perfectly. My approach is different. I want to capture the chaotic, messy, and beautiful reality of your family life.

How a typical session works

• The Vibe: We go for a walk in a park or hang out at your place. I am not there to tell you where to stand. I am there to document how you interact, hug, and play.
• The Focus: Whether it is a maternity lifestyle shoot or a casual afternoon with your kids, the goal is simple: capture the connection. If your child wants to run around, let them. That is where the real joy is.
• The Details: I use a mix of candid shots and natural portraits. You get high-resolution, color-corrected images that focus on emotions rather than just smiles at the camera.

Planning your shoot

If you are worried about what to wear or how to prepare, do not overthink it. Choose clothes you are comfortable in, not outfits that feel like a costume. If the kids are happy, the pictures will be great. That is the only rule I follow.

I have been doing this for over 14 years and have covered 700+ events. I know exactly how to handle different lighting, whether we are shooting indoors in your living room or outdoors under the sun in a local Bengaluru park.
